House rules

General rules:

1. In case of fire, remain calm. Immediately report the fire to the reception and/or activate the nearest manual fire alarm.
2. In the event of a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately. Under no circumstances use the elevator during a fire.
3. A valid form of identification must be presented at check-in. Check-in is only possible for persons aged 18 and over.
4. Cameras are installed at various locations within the hotel. Anyone present in the hotel consents to being recorded. In case of emergencies and/or incidents, these recordings may be shared with third parties as supporting material.
5. The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
6. The management or hotel staff cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage suffered by guests.
7. All instructions given by hotel staff in connection with these house rules must be followed. Comments or concerns may be reported to the management.
8. In case of emergencies, guests must follow the instructions of the hotel staff.

It is prohibited to:

1. Use emergency exits unless there is an actual fire.
2. Remove hotel property from the building. In the event of intentional damage to hotel property, guests may be held liable for repair and/or replacement costs.
3. Consume, use, trade, or possess narcotics (this also applies to cream chargers/laughing gas).
4. Cause disturbance to others in or around the hotel, including through loud music, inappropriate behavior, or noise of any kind.
5. Occupy a room with more persons than the number reserved.
6. Smoke in the room. If we determine that smoking has taken place in the room, a cleaning fee of €150.00 will be charged. If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, the fire brigade call-out costs will be charged to the guest.
7. Use certain decorations in the room, such as confetti. Please inquire at the reception about which decorations are permitted.
8. Light candles or incense in the rooms due to fire risk and the sensitivity of the fire alarm system (the security system will be activated immediately).
9. Rent a room in your name without staying in the room yourself.

In all cases not covered by these regulations, the hotel management will decide.
