From what time can I check in and until what time is check-out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. We kindly ask you to check out no later than 11:00 AM. This applies on weekdays as well as weekends.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed inside the hotel. However, they are welcome on our outdoor terrace.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our hotel is wheelchair accessible. If possible, we recommend reserving a ground-floor room for additional comfort.
Can I park free of charge at the hotel?
Yes, parking is free for our hotel guests. Parking spaces directly in front of the hotel are limited. Bredevoort has a medieval street layout. You may always unload your luggage first and then park your car in one of the nearby available parking areas.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Yes, an elevator is available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Does the hotel offer bicycle rental?
Yes, we have two standard bicycles and two electric bicycles available for rent.
Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel, including the rooms.
Can I safely store my own bicycle?
Certainly. We offer a covered and locked bicycle storage area for hotel guests. However, the battery of your electric bicycle may not be taken to your room; it can be charged in the bicycle storage area.
Can I book a room without a credit card?
Yes, it is possible to book without a credit card. Payment via iDEAL is also available.
Are there packages or multi-day offers available?
Yes, we regularly offer updated packages and multi-day deals. Please visit the “Packages” section on our website.
Do you have rooms with a terrace or balcony?
Our rooms do not have a private terrace or balcony. However, a shared rooftop terrace is available for hotel guests. In addition, there is a terrace at the bistro and a terrace at the brasserie.

We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment.
What are the kitchen opening hours?
The kitchen is open daily from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free dishes?
Yes, we offer both vegetarian and gluten-free options. We kindly advise you to inquire in advance about the possibilities.
Is the menu available online?
Yes, our menu can be found on our website under the “Restaurant” section.
Do you serve breakfast to non-hotel guests?
Yes, non-hotel guests are also welcome for breakfast. We kindly request that you make a reservation by phone or email in advance.
