U kunt onze receptie bereiken via: +31 543 45 20 06. De receptie regelt de bagageservice, taxivervoer en heeft diverse informatie over Bredevoort, Aalten en nabije omgeving. Ook voor fietsen, fiets- en wandelroutes en informatie over openingstijden van musea e.d. kunt u bij de receptie terecht. Onze receptie is van maandag tot en met vrijdag geopend van 09.00 uur tot 17.00 uur.

Reception

You can reach our reception desk at: +31 543 45 20 06. The reception arranges luggage service, cab transport and has various information about Bredevoort, Aalten and the surrounding area. You can also contact the reception desk for bicycles, cycling and walking routes, and information about museum opening times, etc. Our reception open between 09.00 AM and 5.00 PM

Airconditioning

Alle kamers beschikken over airconditioning. Via het bedieningspaneel op de kamer kunt u de gewenste temperatuur instellen voor de kamer.

Bij de receptie is een EHBO-koffer aanwezig. Tevens is er altijd een medewerker aanwezig die in het bezit is van een BHV-diploma.

There is a first aid kit available at the front desk and there will always be an emergency response officer present in the hotel.

Het wifinetwerk in het gehele gebouw en de hotelkamers is gratis te gebruiken. U kunt verbinding maken met ons Wifi Netwerk “Heerlyckheid_guest” met wachtwoord: Business23

Mocht er geen verbinding tot stand komen, verzoeken we u contact op te nemen met onze receptie.

Fietsen

Via onze receptie kunt u fietsen huren en fietsroutes verkrijgen.

Voor het huren van een normale fiets berekenen wij €24,50 p.p.p.d. Voor het huren van een elektrische fiets berekenen wij €39,50 p.p.p.d.

Bikes

At our front desk you can rent bikes and get cycle routes.

For the rental of a normal bike we charge € 24,50 p.p.p.d. For the rental of an electric bike we charge € 39,50 p.p.p.d.

Gevonden voorwerpen

Alle gevonden voorwerpen worden geregistreerd en 3 maanden bewaard. Voor informatie kunt u contact opnemen met de receptie, +31 543 45 20 06.

Lost and Found items

Lost and Found items will be registered and  kept for 3 months. You can contact the front desk for information, +31 543 45 20 06.

Inchecken/ Uitchecken

Vanaf 15.00 uur kunt u inchecken. De uitchecktijd is tot 11.00 uur Vraag gerust naar onze late check out mogelijkheden.

Check-in / Check-out

You can check in from 15:00 and the check-out time is until 11.00. Please contact the front desk for our late check-out options.

Sauna/Wellness

In ons hotel bevindt zich een wellness ruimte met sauna, jacuzzi, douche en relaxruimte. U kunt contact opnemen met de receptie voor meer informatie en/of om deze te reserveren.

In uw kamer is een kluis aanwezig. De gebruiksaanwijzing vindt u achterin de hotel informatiemap.

Roken

Boutique hotel & brasserie de Heerlyckheid is een rookvrij hotel. Op onze terrassen buiten is er de mogelijkheid om te roken. Voor roken op de kamer krijgt u een boete van € 250 voor reinigingskosten en wordt u de toegang tot het hotel ontzegt.

Smoking

Boutique hotel de Heerlyckheid is a non-smoking hotel. There is a possibility to smoke on our terraces. For smoking in the room there will be a penalty of € 250,- for cleaning costs and you will be asked to leave the premises.

Huisdieren

Huisdieren zijn in ons hotel en restaurant niet toegestaan. Op ons terras zijn huisdieren wel welkom.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our hotel, but they are allowed on the terrace

Koffie- en theefaciliteiten

In alle kamers zijn koffie- en theefaciliteiten aanwezig. Hier kunt u gratis gebruik van maken. Zorg dat u het waterreservoir van de automaat goed hebt teruggeplaatst na het vullen!

Coffee and tea facilities

Coffee and tea facilities are available in the room, which you can use for free. Make sure you put the water tank of the machine properly back after filling!

Voor een speciaal kussen kunt u contact opnemen met de receptie.

For a special pillow please call the reception.

Electrische fiets accu en/of opladers

Voor uw veiligheid en de onze wordt u verzocht de accu van uw e-bike niet mee te nemen naar de kamer. De receptie heeft meer informatie hierover. Opladers die op uw kamer nog in het stopcontact zitten zonder device zullen wij tijdens de tussentijdse schoonmaak uit het stopcontact verwijderen voor de veiligheid.

Electric bicycle battery and/or chargers

For your safety and ours, you are requested not to take the battery of your e-bike into the room. Please contact the reception.

Chargers that are still plugged into the socket in your room without a device will be removed from the socket during cleaning for safety reasons.

House Rules

Algemene regels

– Blijf in geval van brand kalm. Meld brand direct bij de receptie en/of sla de dichtstbijzijnde brandmelder in.

• – Verlaat bij een brandalarm direct het pand. Gebruik bij brand in geen geval de lift.
• – Bij incheck dient een geldig legitimatiebewijs getoond te worden. Inchecken is alleen mogelijk voor personen ouder dan 18 jaar.
• – Op diverse plaatsen binnen het hotel hangen camera’s. Eenieder die zich in ons hotel bevindt, stemt toe in het maken van opnames. Bij calamiteiten en/of incidenten kunnen deze opnames als ondersteunend materiaal getoond worden aan derden.
• – Het hotel is niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies of diefstal van uw bezittingen.
• – De directie of personen die voor het hotel werkzaam zijn, kunnen niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enig letsel en/of materiële dan wel immateriële schade, die bezoekers van het hotel mochten ondervinden.
• – Alle aanwijzingen van medewerkers van het hotel, die verband houden met de huisregels dienen te worden opgevolgd.
• – Bij calamiteiten dient u aanwijzingen te volgen van het personeel.

General rules:

• – Stay calm in case of fire. Report fire immediately  and/or activate the nearest fire alarm.
• – Leave the building immediately in case of a fire alarm. Don’t ever use the elevator in case of fire.
• – A valid ID must be shown at the check-in. Check-in is possible from the age of 18.
• – There are cameras installed in various places within the hotel. Anyone who is in our hotel consents to the making of recordings. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings may be shown to third parties as supporting material.
• – The hotel is not responsible for the loss or robbery of your belonging
• – The management or staff of the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage suffered by visitors of the hotel.
• – All instructions of the hotel staff in connection with the house rules are to be followed.
• – In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of the hotel staff.

Het is verboden om:

• – Nooduitgangen te gebruiken als er geen brand is.
• – Eigendommen van het hotel mee te nemen. Bij het moedwillig beschadigen van eigendommen van het hotel kan men aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor reparaties- en/of vernieuwingskosten.
• – Verdovende middelen te nuttigen, gebruiken, verhandelen of bij zich te hebben (dit geldt ook voor slagroompatronen/lachgas).
• – Overlast te veroorzaken voor een ander in of om het hotel o.a. middels harde muziek, onhebbelijk gedrag of door lawaai van welke aard dan ook.
• – De kamer te bezetten met meer dan het aantal personen waarvoor gereserveerd is.
• – Bepaalde versiering te gebruiken in de kamer zoals bijvoorbeeld confetti. Bij onze receptie kunt u informeren welke decoratie wel of niet is toegestaan.
• – Kaarsen/wierook aan te steken op de kamers in verband met het brandalarm en brandgevaar. (Het beveiligingssysteem wordt direct geactiveerd).

It is forbidden to:

• – Use emergency exits when there is no fire.
• – Take property from the hotel with you. Deliberate damage to hotel property may result in liability for repair and/or replacement costs.
• – Consuming, using, trading or carrying narcotics with you (this also applies to whipped cream cartridges/laughing gas).
• – Causing a nuisance to others in or around the hotel, with loud music, unsympathetic behavior or noise of any kind.
• – Occupying the room with more than the number of persons reserved.
• – Use certain decorations in the room such as confetti. You can ask the staff which decoration is or isn’t allowed.
• – Lighting candles/ incense in the rooms in connection with the fire alarm and fire hazard. (The security system will be activated immediately).
